Mike St. Andre serves as the CEO and CFO of Security Reconnaissance Team, bringing over two decades of distinguished experience in security management. A proud graduate of Clarkson University, where he also played collegiate basketball, Mr. St. Andre earned his MBA with a focus on leadership and strategic development.

Driven by a relentless commitment to innovation and industry excellence, Mike continuously pursues new knowledge, staying at the forefront of emerging technologies and evolving security strategies. He is a firm believer in the power of education and training, often attending advanced seminars, certifications, and industry forums. According to Mike, SRT’s training programs are among the best in the business—constantly refined through collaboration with leading experts and tailored to meet the demands of an ever-changing security landscape.

At the heart of his leadership philosophy is a deep appreciation for client relationships. Mike considers every client a part of the SRT family, emphasizing trust, integrity, and long-term partnership. Outside of his professional life, he is a dedicated coach, mentoring his kids in both basketball and mixed martial arts.

As Vice President of Security Reconnaissance Team, Bryan Bunch is responsible for leading the company’s daily operations with precision and vision. With more than 14 years of executive-level experience in the private security sector and an additional eight years in Federal Law Enforcement, Bryan brings unmatched expertise and leadership to the organization.

A veteran of the U.S. military, Bryan served as a Military Police Officer. His background includes extensive experience in federal asset protection, high-level installation security, and rapid response strategy. Throughout his career, Bryan has managed hundreds of security professionals and overseen the execution of thousands of custom-tailored security plans—ranging from long-term assignments to urgent, time-sensitive operations.

Bryan is committed to delivering best-in-class security solutions and actively contributes to industry advancement through his involvement in professional organizations such as ASIS International, Associated Security Services and Investigators of the State of Texas (ASSIST), International Association for Healthcare Security & Safety (IAHSS), and other professional organizations.

A proud Texas native, Bryan is also a lifelong fan of the Dallas Cowboys football team.
