Whether stationed at the front desk of a high-rise, office park, medical facility, or residential property, our concierge personnel serve as both the face of your brand and the first line of security for your space. Every officer in this program is fully trained in hospitality protocols and advanced safety procedures.
Our Concierge Officers Are Trained to Assist With:
– Greet and process all personnel and guests
– Issuing badges and access credentials as needed
– Answering incoming calls and directing inquiries appropriately
– Monitoring video feeds and access points
– Reporting or responding to suspicious activity
– Assisting with visitor logs, package handling, or parking validation
– Supporting emergency protocols and evacuation efforts
All concierge officers are licensed security professionals who complete ongoing training through SRT’s State Certified Training Academy. This includes instruction in threat detection, de-escalation, safety procedures, and client-specific site orientation. Our goal is to provide seamless integration into your team and reduce long-term program costs while maintaining a safe, professional front.
