If employed, I agree to the following:

I will accept job assignments based on company needs and job requirements. Such needs and requirements may include working nights, weekends and holidays. I also may be subject to change of shifts and work locations. I will receive the rate of pay based on each shift, job position, and/or facility at which I am assigned to work.

I will be required to train and receive continuing education to advance myself and maintain the requirements of the State. I understand that I will not be paid for the time put into training but there will be no cost to me.

If a state license or registration is required, the cost will be at my expense (unless prohibited by state or federal law).

While employed by Security Reconnaissance Team, Inc., I will not work for or assist any competitor in any manner.

If for any reason my employment with Security Reconnaissance Team, Inc. is terminated, I will not solicit any business for a competitor of Security Reconnaissance Team, Inc. nor provide business information to a competitor for a period of six (6) months after my termination.

If employed, I willingly will comply with all Company rules, regulations and policies. JOB REQUIREMENTS


Job requirements for Officers employed by Security Reconnaissance Team, Inc. (herein known as SRT):

1. Must be able to read and understand security policies and procedures.
2. Must be able to take and successfully complete an ongoing series of job tests, maintaining an 85% average grade.
3. Will patrol areas, inspect perimeter doors, equipment and will maintain alertness for irregular action, or persons on company property.
4. Will receive and greet employees and visitors, answer questions, provide necessary information and direct individuals to appropriate company areas or persons.
5. Will check all credentials of employees and visitors and perform container inspections as required.
6. Will operate telephones in the prescribed manner.
7. Will initiate response and investigate incidents.
8. Will document, in writing, incidents and information, which comes to the attention of the Security Department.
9. Will consistently demonstrate a proficiency in successful completion of security paperwork.
10. Will enforce security policy and procedures and other directives as ordered.
11. Must be able to learn basic perimeter and internal alarm systems.
12. Must be able to operate various two-way radio communications equipment using a standard 10 code.
13. Must be capable of learning to monitor and operate internal security system control procedures.
14. Must be able to distinguish high frequency alarms, radio communications, emergency announcements, or such things as a "cry for help".
15. Must be able to clearly see marked hazardous chemical labels and emergency exits.
16. Must be able to perform rigorous foot patrol duties for an entire shift.
17. Will maintain a Daily Activity Report (DAR) for each shift worked; this will serve as documentation of all activities performed by the officer, including all movement, events, patrols, interactions, incidents, and specific job site duties, to include the times to corroborate the activities.
18. Will document all incidents, safely hazards, use of force incidents, and any site-specific reports.
19. Must be able to stand for extended amounts of time.
20. Must maintain proper licensing through Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS).
21. Must remain in a physical condition to be able to prevent harm to oneself, as well as the client, in the case of a violent, physical attack.
22. Must know, and understand, site specific emergency codes, responses, and be able to perform them accurately.
23. Must be able to use necessary electronic devices required for the completion of duties, to include but not limited to, computers, and radios, as well as any other approved devices used to access our payroll system in order to clock in/out, and other devices as expected.

SRT may call upon any/all of these histories, while determining an employee's consideration of employment, promotions, or position re-assignments, or any of the above during the tenure of my employment. By signing below, you are agreeing to, and authorizing, the collection and use of this material for the items listed above.
2. If applicable, medical and worker's compensation information will only be requested in compliance with the Federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and/or any other applicable state/federal laws. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA, Public Law 91-508, Title VI), I am entitled to know if the considerations for which I am applying are denied because of information obtained from a consumer reporting agency. If so, I will be notified and be given the name of the agency providing that report.
3. I acknowledge that an electronic, telephonic facsimile (fax) or photographic copy of this release shall be as valid as the original. This release is valid for most federal, state and county agencies.
4. I hereby authorize, without reservation, any financial institution, law enforcement agency, information service bureau, school, and employer or insurance company, contracted by Security Reconnaissance Team, Inc. to furnish the information described in Section 1.
